Cancellation Timeframe

To ensure fairness and efficient resource management, cancellation requests must comply with the following guidelines:

  • Within 24 Hours of Payment:
    Requests must be submitted within 24 hours of completing the payment. This grace period allows us to assess the request before significant planning or resource allocation takes place.

  • Before Project or Service Execution:
    Cancellations must be requested before any work has begun. This includes, but is not limited to, initial planning, design drafts, development activities, consultations, or deployment.

Requests made after the 24-hour window will undergo a case-by-case evaluation. Approval for full or partial refunds is not guaranteed if work has already started or deliverables have been initiated.

How to Request a Cancellation

If your cancellation qualifies for a refund:

  • A formal refund request must be submitted within 30 days of the original purchase date.

  • Approved refunds will be issued via the original payment method, unless an alternative has been confirmed in writing.
